We have received your registration form and request for an invoice which you can expect to receive from us by email soon.
If you did not upload your organization's logo files at the time of registration, please send those files to us at lisa@theadoptiongroup.com as soon as possible so that we can proceed with the recognition of your sponsorship prior to the conference and ensure you are properly recognized on-site during the event.
Please provide all versions (i.e. horizontal, vertical, logomark, full logo) if possible, as sponsor and exhibitor logos are used in various applications – website, app, print program, signage and social media posts.
Logo Specs:
.png, .jpeg, .jpg, .eps, .ai filetypes accepted

If your sponsorship includes print program ad space, and you did not upload your ad at the time of registration, it is due by May 17th, 2024. If we do not receive your ad by this time, we will insert a standard placeholder in that ad space with your organization name and logo for recognition purposes. Due to paper supply chain issues and printer production timelines, we cannot accept late ads.
Print Program Ad Specs:
Quarter page ad space: 3.5” wide x 4.75” high (1050 x 1425px @ 300dpi)
Half page ad space: 7.5” wide x 4.75” high (2250 x 1425px @ 300dpi)
Full page ad space: 7.5” wide x 10” high (2250 x 3000px @ 300dpi)
